  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $50 (USD) before taxes and after discounts.

  • Orders $49 or less will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible destinations and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.

  • Thermic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping availability may change and will be displayed at checkout if applicable.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Thermic is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Thermic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

  • At our discretion, we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

  • Damage claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of refused or returned deliveries.

  • Any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by carriers or local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
