Thermic Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

This Thermic Purchase & Cancellation Policy (β€œPolicy”) governs all purchases made through the Thermic website, online store, or other authorized Thermic sales channels.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return Policy.

1. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through Thermic, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order under the terms presented at checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting your purchase, including:

  • Product selection

  • Quantity

  • Color, size, or variation

  • Shipping address

  • Billing information

  • Payment method

  • Applicable discounts or promotional codes

  • Shipping method

  • Final order total

Once an order has been submitted, Thermic may begin processing the order immediately.

Submitting an order constitutes your authorization for Thermic to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges displayed at checkout.

2. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Thermic reserves the right to review, accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order before fulfillment for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Incorrect customer or shipping information

  • Duplicate or unusually large orders

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Technical errors

  • Violation of Thermic's policies

  • Circumstances outside Thermic's reasonable control

If Thermic cancels an order after payment has been collected, Thermic will generally issue a refund of the amount actually paid for the canceled merchandise, subject to applicable law.

3. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you represent that:

  1. You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.

  2. The information submitted is accurate and complete.

  3. The transaction is authorized by the account holder.

  4. You will not use a payment method fraudulently or without authorization.

Thermic may use third-party payment processors to authorize and process transactions.

Thermic does not knowingly retain complete payment-card information when such information is processed by third-party payment providers.

4. Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, Thermic may send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring it for order-related communications.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, contact Thermic before placing a duplicate order to reduce the possibility of duplicate charges or shipments.

5. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order enters fulfillment or is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Because Thermic may process orders quickly, an order may become non-cancellable shortly after submission.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, received a shipping label, or been transferred to a carrier, Thermic may be unable to cancel the order.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may use the applicable Thermic Return Policy after delivery, provided the order qualifies for return.

6. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted to Thermic as soon as possible after placing the order.

A cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order.

The order is considered canceled only after Thermic confirms the cancellation.

Customers should not assume that an order has been canceled merely because a cancellation request has been submitted.

If an order ships before Thermic can process the cancellation request, the order will be treated as a shipped order and will be subject to Thermic's Shipping and Return Policies.

7. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Thermic may be unable to cancel an order when:

  • The order has entered fulfillment.

  • The product has been packaged.

  • A shipping label has been generated and the order is being prepared for shipment.

  • The order has been transferred to a carrier.

  • The order has already shipped.

  • The order has been specially prepared, customized, or otherwise made non-returnable.

  • The cancellation request is received after fulfillment has begun.

In these circumstances, the customer may be required to receive the order and follow the applicable Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover that your shipping address is incorrect, contact Thermic immediately.

Thermic will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before fulfillment when possible, but Thermic does not guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

If the order has already entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier, Thermic may be unable to modify the address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

9. Duplicate Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout.

If multiple orders are intentionally or accidentally placed, each order may be treated as a separate transaction.

Thermic will make reasonable efforts to cancel duplicate orders when contacted promptly and before fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, the customer may need to follow the applicable Return Policy.

10. Pricing and Listing Errors

Thermic makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, and promotional information.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, system, or other error, Thermic reserves the right, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to:

  • Correct the error;

  • Contact the customer regarding the error;

  • Cancel the affected order; or

  • Provide the customer with the option to proceed at the correct price.

If Thermic cancels an affected order after payment has been collected, the customer will generally receive a refund of the amount actually paid for the canceled order.

11. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout or shipment.

In the event of an inventory discrepancy or unexpected stock shortage, Thermic may cancel the affected product or order and issue an applicable refund.

12. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined.

  • Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

  • Promotions have no cash value.

  • Promotions may have expiration dates or other eligibility requirements.

  • Thermic may correct or cancel transactions involving improperly applied promotional discounts.

Thermic reserves the right to discontinue or modify promotions for future purchases, subject to applicable law.

13. Gift Cards and Store Credits

If Thermic offers gift cards or store credits, their use will be governed by the terms provided at the time of issuance and applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, gift cards and store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred into another form of payment.

14. Fraud Prevention and Order Review

Thermic reserves the right to review orders for potential fraud, unauthorized activity, payment irregularities, or unusual purchasing patterns.

Thermic may request additional information or verification before fulfilling an order.

If Thermic reasonably believes that a transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise presents an unacceptable risk, Thermic may delay, reject, or cancel the order to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Thermic cancels, the applicable amount will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

15. Order Limits

Thermic may establish quantity limits or other purchasing restrictions for particular products, promotions, customers, or transactions.

Thermic reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that exceed published quantity limits or appear to circumvent purchasing restrictions.

16. Resale and Commercial Purchases

Unless expressly authorized by Thermic, purchases made through the Thermic website are intended for personal or ordinary business use and are not automatically authorized for resale.

Thermic may restrict or cancel orders that appear to be made for unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, bulk purchasing, or other activity that violates applicable purchasing restrictions.

Separate wholesale or commercial purchasing arrangements may be subject to separate terms.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Thermic before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute when the issue concerns an order, cancellation, return, refund, or other customer-service matter.

Thermic will investigate legitimate disputes and attempt to resolve them where possible.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law or by the customer's payment provider.

18. Refunds Following Cancellation

When Thermic approves a cancellation and a refund is due, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Thermic does not control the processing time of banks, credit-card companies, payment processors, or other financial institutions.

Accordingly, Thermic cannot guarantee the exact date on which a refund will appear in the customer's account.

19. Non-Receipt of Refund

If Thermic confirms that a refund has been issued but the customer does not see the funds immediately, the customer should first verify the transaction with the original payment provider.

Processing times vary by financial institution.

Customers should contact Thermic if the refund remains unresolved after allowing reasonable processing time.

20. Cancellation by Thermic

Thermic may cancel an order, in whole or in part, when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Inventory shortages

  • Product discontinuation

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment problems

  • Fraud concerns

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Incorrect information

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Website or system errors

  • Carrier or fulfillment limitations

  • Events outside Thermic's reasonable control

  • Violation of applicable Thermic policies

When Thermic cancels an order after payment has been collected, Thermic will generally refund the amount paid for the canceled portion, subject to applicable law.

21. No Guarantee of Availability

Product availability displayed on the Thermic website is subject to change without notice.

Thermic does not guarantee that any particular product, color, variation, or quantity will remain available after an order is submitted.

22. Third-Party Services

Thermic may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, fraud screening, shipping, fulfillment, website hosting, and other services.

Thermic is not responsible for independent failures of third-party systems except to the extent Thermic is legally responsible under applicable law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thermic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from an order cancellation, inability to fulfill an order, payment-processing interruption, inventory issue, website error, or other purchasing-related circumstance.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Policy Changes

Thermic reserves the right to modify this Purchase & Cancellation Policy at any time.

The version of this Policy in effect at the time an order is submitted will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Changes to this Policy will apply to future purchases after the updated Policy becomes effective.

25. Agreement to These Terms

By completing a purchase through Thermic, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Purchase & Cancellation Policy, including the provisions concerning order acceptance, cancellation requests, payment authorization, pricing errors, inventory availability, refunds, fraud prevention, and customer responsibility for order information.

Thermic reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Policy, subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws and regulations.
