Thermic Purchase & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled or modified after purchase. By placing an order with Thermic, you agree to the conditions below.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee cancellation eligibility and serves only as acknowledgment that the order was received.

Order Cancellations (In-Stock Items)

Orders may be canceled only if the request is submitted before the order enters processing
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled
Thermic is not responsible for cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun

Processing may begin immediately after purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of purchase
After the 24-hour window, pre-orders cannot be canceled, as inventory allocation and production planning may already be in progress
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, not at shipment

No Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, the following changes cannot be made:

Product changes
Quantity changes
Shipping address changes
Shipping method changes

Customers must ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect address information are not eligible for cancellation
Any approved refunds for returned items will follow the Thermic Refund & Returns Policy, including applicable restocking fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
